I have been working in the mental health field since 1996. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings to include an inpatient psychiatric hospital, outpatient mental health organizations, a foster care agency, a domestic violence shelter/agency, medical social work, and private practice. I am passionate about helping individuals to overcome obstacles to optimal wellness and flourish in life.
I am a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW #L5719) with a private practice in Hillsboro, Oregon.
I have post-graduate training through The Psychotherapy Institute (TPI) in Berkeley. I completed an Expressive Art Therapy certificate program through JFK University, Pleasant Hill in 2008. Additionally, I pursued clinical training in Addiction & Recovery, earning a certificate in 2013 through Lighthouse University, AACC.
