I am currently on the following insurance panels: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Regence, Cigna, Beacon/Value Options, Tricare (military insurance), and Medicare. It is advised that you contact your insurance provider to obtain authorization prior to commencing services. I can provide monthly ‘superbills’ (HCFA 1500) for clients with PPO policies which you may then submit for reimbursement directly.

I accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment of services. Please contact me to discuss specific rates of service. My fees are commensurate with the current standards of practice in the community.

Supervision for ASW’s acquiring hours: I have taken the 15-unit Supervision course required by the BBS to provide supervision sessions to Associate Social Worker’s (ASW) accumulating hours for licensure. I offer a reduced fee.

Launching your Private Practice?: I also provide a 3-session package, at an affordable rate, for therapists in which I offer advice and guidance in the initial steps to opening up a private practice.

Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Therapy appointments may be weekly or scheduled as agreed upon based on your needs. I have the usual 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that once an appointment is made I hold this hour for you. Apart from emergencies, I ask that you pay either your regular fee or the contracted insurance rate fee for that session if the cancellation is less than 24 hours.

Privacy & Confidentiality
I adhere to the standards of my professional license and assure confidentiality. There are legal and ethical exceptions to confidentiality which I will discuss with you at your first appointment.
